Nick Redding has been one of the world's leading 29er coaches over the last decade. Helping multiple teams to World, European and Youth World Championship success coaching the 29er program in Britain until 2019.
Since leaving his coaching role in the British 49er program Nick has been working at UK Sport, Britains high-performance sport agency, as well as supporting international teams to achieve their goals in a consultancy role.
Nick believes in a model which puts the sailor at the centre of the learning, arming them with the information and understanding to self-learn and develop their skills at a pace that suits them.
This course follows Nick's unique coaching style, with video, animation, Q&As and documents you can return to again and again on your journey to the top!
